Our program is designed with beginners in mind, ensuring a comfortable and gradual introduction to strength training, supported by detailed guides and videos.
It is required that you have access to a gym or a variety of gym equipment.
The program is designed to be flexible, requiring approximately 3-4 hours per week, making it manageable alongside your daily responsibilities.
You'll have access to our coaching app for guidance, direct communication with your Coach, along with a supportive community of fellow participants to share your journey.
